Amazing property and wonderful welcoming owners

The house has absolutely everything we could wish for. We were met nearby by Nick who escorted us to the house as it would be a bit difficult to find but once there it was just amazing. Very spacious rooms with big settees in the lounge and everything you need for a lovely private (which was important to us as we are a bit unsociable on holiday!) stay. The pool was just big enough to exercise in and relax in, and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. The air conditioning worked really well so the house was very cool inside and that was needed as it was 33 degrees most days. The table tennis and gym were big hits too, and some hard fought competitions were had, together with the odd beer after by the pool. The barbeque area outside was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our evening meals. The grounds were gated so the house felt secure and safe, and it was spotlessly clean. There are many balconies on the house which all had seating so although a big house for lots of people there was always somewhere to escape and take in the magnificent views. Internet connection was no problem and fine all around the house. Koula and Nick made us feel very welcome and the food/wine etc ready for our arrival was a lovely surprise too. They truly are lovely people and couldn't have done enough for us. The house was cleaned for us from top to bottom after 3 days, all beds changed, towels washed and floors cleaned. But whilst the ladies were with us they were lovely and friendly. We hired a car which was needed really, but supermarkets were only 5 minutes drive away, restaurants and bars similar time, and Rhodes town was about 10 mins away. If you've not been before take time to visit Rhodes old town and the marina - well worth the venture away from the villa for a few hours. Nice beaches close by too. But it was great to have such lavish comfort to return to. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere quiet but very special. Would imagine it would be fab for a wedding party. The only thing wrong was that we only booked for one week, but we will be back very soon. Many thanks for Koula and Nick for your kindness and warm hospitality. Lesley, Allan and our boys x
